Udemy is an online video training hub. Not all of the video training course are free, but they are in general better organized than trying to learn After Effects from a series of disconnected video tutorials.

Probably the best single source for tutorials on After Effects. Most people who use After Effects are familiar with Andrew Kramer's more high end tutorials but he also has a series called Basic training for the new users out there.
